Job Description

 Roles and Responsibilities: 

Visiting client and understanding their processes and procedures.

 Preparing documents for the quality improvements especially for CMMI & ISO for

clients.

 Preparing and managing the projects for the model, making them ready for the

appraisal & audits.

 Query handling regarding the process documentation and process

implementation.

 Regular interaction with the clients to understand and clarify the business

requirements and conduct reviews for achieving customer satisfaction.

 Expertise in project facilitation in terms of quality assurance with good

implementation knowledge of CMMI and ISO.

 Contribute in business proposals and client presentations.

 Achievement of internal KPIs for business development, revenue delivery and

client satisfaction.

 Ensure process discipline requirements are met as related to client information,

 Knowledge management and other areas as communicated by management.

 Pro-actively seek and help secure new business through on-going client

relationships and through building and maintaining professional networks.

 

Skills and competencies

 

Requirements

 First-hand Experience of CMMI Implementation

 Knowledge and experience of ISO 9001-2015/27001/20000

 Previous experience in an IT management position.

 A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
