Responsibilities:
- Provide the team with Vision and objectives to manage key performance indicators.
-Set the monthly, weekly and daily targets for the team and ensure that the team targets are
achieved.
-Handling and guiding team to achieve monthly sales.
-Maintain the sales report of the team.
-Motivating and mentoring the team to achieve and exceed targets.
-Design and develop Business Models as per the location and market situation.
-Conduct weekly reviews for performance training.
-Involve team in calling for negotiation and objection handling as and when required.
Requirements:
-Graduation or MBA with at overall 3 to 5 years of sales experience.
-Good Team Handling skills.
-Minimum 6 months of team handling skills with a minimum team of 7 to 10
-Must be good in MS Excel and Word, Data oriented
-Good Communication Skills
-Should be from B2C Background
