 Roles and Responsibilities: 

Team Leader @smiles.ai - Telesales

Responsibilities:

• Provide the team with Vision and objectives to manage key performance indicators.

• Set the monthly, weekly and daily targets for the team and ensure that the team targets

are achieved.

• Handling and guiding team to achieve monthly sales.

• Maintain the sales report of the team.

• Motivating and mentoring the team to achieve and exceed targets.

• Design and develop Business Models as per the location and market situation.

• Conduct weekly reviews for performance training.

• Involve team in calling for negotiation and objection handling as and when required.

Requirements:

• Work Experience: 4-5 Years.

• Graduation or MBA with an overall 3 to 5 years of sales experience.

• Good Team Handling skills.

• Minimum 6 months of the team handling skills with a minimum team of 7 to 10.

• Must be good in MS Excel and Word, Data-oriented.

• Good Communication Skills.

• Should be from B2C or D2C Background.

Education + Experience + Salary

• Education: Graduate or MBA
• Experience: 8  Year
• Annual CTC: 600000 to  1200000
