 Roles and Responsibilities: 

Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Work with hiring agencies to identify new talent in sales 2. Review and handle the first level of screening. 3. Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally 4. Interview potential candidates members using industry-standard techniques 5. Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process 6. Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees 7. Handle onboarding and induction process 8. Handle employee joining formalities. What are we looking for? 1. Exceptional communication skills verbal & written 2. Excellent problem-solving skills 3.
