 Roles and Responsibilities: 

Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Actively participate and contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle including: brainstorm, architecture, design and technical tradeoffs and prioritisation, implementation, quality assurance, and delivery for features slated for both our existing platform and new services. 2. Continuously deliver rapid and consistent software and products that delight and engage our customers in tight collaboration with Product Managers and other members of the team. 3. Improve our development processes and code quality, keeping us up-to-date with the latest industry trends. 4. Taking initiative and ownership to complete given project What are we looking for? 1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline/B.E. 2. 1-4 years of development experience in fast-paced startups as backend developer 3. A proficiency in at least one programming language. 4. Should have hands-on experience in any two backend technologies (Python, NodeJs, GoLang, Java) and related frameworks. 5. Good problem-solving skills. 6. Thrives in agile environments but also understands the balance in coding discipline required for large scale, high quality, end consumer apps. 7. Comfort and experience working with API development. 8. Experience in both jumping into an existing architecture and starting projects from scratch. 9. Proven ability to take initiative and dive into new areas of technology. 10. Passion for learning, analysing technology trade-offs and shipping products. 11. Full stack experience is a plus 12. Comfortable with SQL, NOSQL databases
