Job Description

 Roles and Responsibilities: 

Urgently required Relationship Officer/Manager for Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL sales for one of leading Financial Firm based in Mumbai.

Product :- All Types Of Loans(Secured/Unsecured Loans)

Ø  Responsible for generating revenue through Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL sales.

Ø  Generating business through DSA / Channel partner/Developer/Connectors & Open Market.

Ø  Handle the Builders / Architects / Contractors / Chartered Accountants to generate business.

Ø  Devise and implement a customer acquisition and retention program.

Ø  Ensure high level of customer service.

Ø  Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets

Ø  Responsible for achieving team/branch business target.

Ø  Ensuring that each employee is productive in each month.

Ø  Achieve high employee satisfaction and retention of good performers.

 

Desired Candidates profile:

 

Ø  Graduate/Post Graduate.

 

Ø  Thorough understanding of Mortgage/Home Loan/LAP/PL/BL Sales market.

 

Ø  The candidate should have a minimum experience of 1 years.

 

Ø  The candidate must have good Interpersonal Skills and personality

 

Ø  Leadership skills, Communication skills, Relationship-building skills

Education + Experience + Salary

• Education: Graduate/Post Graduate.
• Experience: 1  Year
• Annual CTC: 180000 to  360000
