Should be able to maintain a good sales conversion ratio. Need to target major B2B\direct customers\builders\real estate company\channel partners to tie up with them for sailing our interior products in their entire projects. Should be able to perform individually and as a team without any help and should have good potential to achieve the target given by the company. Should have good knowledge in negotiation, marketing skills, communication skills, and sales strategies skills. Should have basic knowledge about computers like preparing invoices, quotations, work orders, PPT for presentations, daily reports and excels.
