 Roles and Responsibilities: 

1) Need to involve in all HR related activities for

frontend and backend like recruiting candidates for all

departments, performance appraisal management,

induction programs for new joiners’, attendance

management, employees retention, all joining

formalities, exit formalities, events management,

Employees concerns on work related, HR trainings,

educate employees to stick to all HR policies,

Timesheet management, Leaves management,

appraisals, one to one employees discussions, payroll

management, legal actions formalities for employees,

preparing offer letters, employees grievance

management etc.

Education + Experience + Salary

  • Education: Any graduate\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\diploma in Interior Designing
  • Experience: 7  Year
  • Annual CTC: 500000 to  700000
