Job Description

 Roles and Responsibilities: 

Market Research & Planning

 Conduct competitor design research & gain insights on latest design trends

 Conduct qualitative & quantitative user research for data driven decisions

User Experience Design

 Create user-centered designs & flows by understanding business requirements

 Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups

 Create and maintain information architecture & other documents

User Interface Development

 Translate UX requirements into desired visual & aesthetic elements

 Create original graphic design and visual elements

 Ensure alignment of design and design systems with marketing & branding objectives

Stakeholder Management

 Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure achieving common goals

 Collaborate with product, engineering, and management teams

Continuous Support & Feedback Incorporation

 Test & analyze UI & UX requirements periodically to fix bugs and errors

 Incorporating user feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings to enhance UX

Education + Experience + Salary

• Education: Engineering/Arts
• Experience: 5  Year
• Annual CTC: 900000 to  1200000
