Job Description

 Roles and Responsibilities: 

Market Research & Planning

• Conduct competitor design research & gain insights on latest design trends

• Conduct qualitative & quantitative user research for data driven decisions

User Experience Design

• Create user-centered designs & flows by understanding business requirements

• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups

• Create and maintain information architecture & other documents

User Interface Development

• Translate UX requirements into desired visual & aesthetic elements

• Create original graphic design and visual elements

• Ensure alignment of design and design systems with marketing & branding objectives

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure achieving common goals

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and management teams

Continuous Support & Feedback Incorporation

• Test & analyze UI requirements periodically to fix bugs and errors

• Incorporating user feedback and usage metrics

Education + Experience + Salary

• Education: Engineering/Arts from Tier 1 or 2 institute • Degree/Diploma in Designing is a plus
• Experience: 5  Year
• Annual CTC: 400000 to  600000
