 Roles and Responsibilities: 

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs product and component management to ensure technical viability and cost-effectiveness

from the point of evaluation through implementation to deprecation.

• Uses technical expertise to assist business partners and others by facilitating the positive outcome

related to complex technical situations and events.

• Performs troubleshooting and functionality of delivery system products to ensure effective

implementation and usage.

• Applies knowledge of IT-based computing methodologies to embark upon troubleshooting situation

with effective techniques to resolve complex problems.

• Works with appropriate teams and partners external to Boeing for enhancements and issues not

resolved internally.

• Chooses appropriate computing products and methods to ensure first-pass quality and both

administrative and legally-underpinning requirements are met for security, problem management,

capacity/performance management and operational management.

• Continuous and recurring process/procedural improvements and effective documentation

construction.

Education + Experience + Salary

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of experience or Master’s Degree with 11+ years of experience or related work experience.
• Experience: 16  Year
• Annual CTC: 2500000 to  3000000
