 Roles and Responsibilities: 

· Telecalling

. Counseling the clients with the prospective visa options and Countries

· Making SOP / Process to streamline sales operations

· Contribute to marketing business online and manage Social Media pages & campaign’s

· Great organization skills, be proactive and be able to work autonomously

· Attention to detail, ability to follow a process and instructions and client confidentiality is very important

· Enforcing office policies and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

· Experience in sales and customer service
