Sales Coordinator
Roles and Responsibilities:
3) Sales Coordinator / Office Admin
· Assist Sales Manager in handling team operations
· Making sure no individual is under or over loaded with work
· Preparing or puling team performance reports on daily, weekly or Monthly basis
·Assist in Making SOP / Process to streamline sales operations
· Assist in Audit team performance & reporting to the Management
· Willingness to learn and having basic knowledge to handle social media pages
· Assist in Manage Social media calendars and Content posting
· Coordinate with Graphic designer, Digital Marketing, Venders, etc
· Oversee the administrative functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
· Assist the Director with his/ her day to day activities
· Great organization skills, be proactive and be able to work autonomously
· Attention to detail, ability to follow a process and instructions and client confidentiality is very important
· Enforcing office policies and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
· Handle travel arrangements, coordinate office events, and oversee the office & overall organization and efficiency.
Skills Required;
