Job Description - Creative Content Writer,

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Content Writer to join our team. The Content Writer will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and high-quality content for various projects. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and executing content strategies to meet our company's objectives and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have exceptional writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt writing style according to different target audiences.

Responsibilities:

1.      Research industry-related topics and trends to generate innovative medical/Pharma/biotechnology content ideas.

2.      Possess sound knowledge in content sourcing, content chunking and content development.

3.      Produce content that is tailored to different target audiences, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and brand voice.

4.      Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.

5.      Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather statistical information to make clinical accurate content and in-depth insights for content development standards such as AMA, Chicago Manual and Vancouver style.

6.      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts (SMEs), doctors, design team, and quality assurance to develop content strategies that align with business goals.

7.      Familiarity with content sourcing & social media platforms and their respective best practices for content creation.

8.      Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in medical content writing and incorporate them into content creation processes.

9.      Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

10.  Create compelling, well-researched, and original content for websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.

11.  Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic traffic and search rankings.

12.  Exposure to Generative AI tools to create detailed IPR free medical content.

Educational Qualifications: Preferred bachelors in Pharma or Biotechnology or a bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications.

Experience: Should be working as a content writer, technical writer, or any other similar role with minimum 3 years of experience.

Preferred Skills:

1.      Experience in creating content for B2B or B2C companies.

2.      Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar and punctuation.

3.      Proficient in conducting online research and synthesizing information from multiple sources.

4.      Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

5.      A portfolio of published writing samples that demonstrate versatility in writing style and content types.

6.      Create visually appealing content.

7.      Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to create user-focused and engaging content.

8.      Experience in creating LBL's and FDA compliant content.
