Position: Quality Analysts

 

Job Description:

 

We are looking for meticulous Quality Analysts with experience in publishing, copy editing, or proofreading to ensure that our products are error-free, factually correct, valuable, engaging, and easy to read. Self-starter, capable of being productive in a fast-moving office environment with the following qualifications and desired skills.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

      Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of healthcare education content by conducting thorough reviews and assessments. Implement quality assurance standards and methodologies specific to healthcare ed-tech.

      Testing and Evaluation: Execute systematic testing of digital educational tools and resources. Identify, document, and report any defects, errors, or inconsistencies in software applications and content.

      Collaboration: Work closely with content developers, instructional designers, and IT teams to ensure accurate, relevant, and high-quality healthcare education materials.

      Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements in tools, techniques, and processes. Contribute to the development of quality assurance best practices in the healthcare ed-tech field.

      Training and Support: Provide training and support to other team members on quality assurance processes and tools. Assist in the development of quality standards for new projects.

      Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare education regulations and standards. Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.

      Data Analysis: Analyze data from quality tests to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

      Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and educators, to gather feedback and integrate it into quality improvement processes.

      Management Skills: Excellent time management skills with handling multiple tasks and consistently meeting deadlines. Monitor, evaluate, or record product review activities and program effectiveness.

 

Technology Proficiency:

  1. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google work space applications, Generative AI and information technologies self-sufficiency.
  2. Sound working knowledge in zoho project management tool, bugg tracking systems, intusive and exposure to file repository systems such as SVN, VSS, CVN, etc.
  3. Good exposure in LMS/CMS and any content management platform.

 

 

 

Requirements

 

Qualification Requirements:

      Bachelor's or Master's degree in english, science, mass communications, public relations, biotechnology, pharma or any healthcare domain.

      5-6 years of experience in a related quality analyst, publishing, or copyediting role is a plus.

      Excellent writing, communication skills and interpersonal skills.

      Strong command of the english language in both US and UK.

      Work experience in digital publishing or digital educational products is a plus.

      Strong work ethic with a high level of professionalism.

      Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

      Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

      Proficient in ID strategies, estetics and user behaviours.
