Job Description

 Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Job involves managing a team of approx 20+ associates working in Outbound Telesales job role
• Must have 4-5 years of overall experience along with 1.5 years as a Team Leader on paper
• Should be fluent in the languages English and Hindi
• Should be well versed with basic contact center matrix
• Candidates from Contact Centre/ BPO/ Insurance industry with core sales experience are preferred
• Day rotation
• Office Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

Education + Experience + Salary

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: 4  Year
• Annual CTC: 300000 to  400000
