Graduate/Post Graduate/B.E. in any stream

Ideal Candidate for this position * :

3-5 years in enterprise-class environments and data centers

• Typically has advanced certifications from industry solutions

• AWS certified

• Ability to work in a team setting and alone with limited customer direction

Resources to be available to perform 6 Standard workdays per week. A standard workday is between 8-10

Hours in a rotational shift" (24x7).

Job Responsibilities* :

• Proficient with day-to-day operations of AWS environment.

• Assist in VM management, cluster management and support the entire AWS infrastructure atcustomer

location

• Perform capacity planning and architecturalstrategy activities in concert with customer

architecture and infrastructure team.

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers infrastructure and solutions team, providing guidance aswell as

sharing AWS best practices.

• Ability to instruct and perform TOI (transfer of information) to employees or train in largergroups (up

to 12) on new releases and features and product updates.

• Provide L1 and L2 level support and work with AWS support on critical issues.

• Understands AWS best practices and engineering problem-solving skills to present options totarget

customer use cases.

• Conducts regular health checks of the AWS environments and shares findings and

recommendations with the customer.

• Establishes relationship with direct customer technical counterparts, and first-line or second-linecustomer

management.

• Document and operationalize AWS environment.

• Develop standards on deploying/maintaining VMs.

• Work to establish AWS patching patterns.

• Ensure compliance on AWS systems.

 

• Prepares weekly progress reports using established engagement procedures. Keeps

management informed of any operational changes

• Well versed in the AWS product line and engaged with the customer environment to proactivelyprovide

solution recommendations as the customer environment evolves

Skills Required* :

● Windows and Linux Professional with working experience of AWS

● Familiar with AWS concepts

● Adequate knowledge of EC2, S3, VPC’S, VPC Peering, Cloud Watch, Security Groups, Public and Private

subnet, EBS and IAM to perform work relating to AWS solutioning to a level that satisfiesNEML

● Familiarity with AWS best practices and managing day to day AWS operations. Periodicallyconducting

Health Check of Virtual environments.

● Adequate knowledge to assist the network team with tracing the infrastructure stack along with

troubleshooting and working with OEM support to resolve issues

● Perform support and troubleshooting of AWS environments which includes change, system

administration, performance and availability management.

● Implementing various deployment, automation tools, and IT infrastructure

● Setting up tools and required infrastructure.

● Defining and setting release, update, and support processesfor DevOps operation

● Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the Infrastructure and Database issue

● Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible

● Incidence management and root cause analysis

● Coordination and communication within the team and with other technical team

● Strive for continuousimprovement and build continuous integration, continuous development,and

constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)

● Able to work on 24*7 pattern in rotationalshift.
