 Roles and Responsibilities: 

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Should be able to manage Payroll and HRMS-related activities like Leave & attendance management
-Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goals and objectives.
-Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
-Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
-Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute talent acquisition and retention strategies.

Education + Experience + Salary

• Education: -Bachelor\\\\\\\'s degree in HR management or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• Experience: 5  Year
• Annual CTC: 600000 to  800000
