 Roles and Responsibilities: 

We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive

 

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
Experience: Minimum 3 Years (Advertising / Digital Marketing Agency)
Budget: ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA + Half-Yearly Incentives

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities (national & international)

• Conduct daily outreach: 15–20 calls/emails to prospective clients/vendors

• Handle client visits, telecalling, lead generation, and follow-ups

• Negotiate and close deals, manage invoices and proposals

• Build strong client/vendor relationships and drive growth

• Collaborate with creative teams for pitches and campaigns

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years in an Advertising/Digital Marketing Agency

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

• Stable career history (maximum 2 companies in the last 3 years)

• Proven ability to handle portfolios of ₹1 Cr+ annually

• Ahmedabad-based, immediate/15-days joiners preferred
