Job Description

 Roles and Responsibilities: 

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash & POS Operations: Process customer purchases (scanning, payments), generate invoices, handle cash/cards, manage POS systems, and settle transactions.
• Data Entry & Inventory: Input billing details, update records, manage stock, print barcodes, and handle basic inventory checks.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with queries, provide product info, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Financial & Reporting: Manage petty cash, process credit notes, tally daily cash/coins, and submit reports/vouchers to management.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle customer calls, maintain organized records, and support general store operations.
• Essential Skills & Qualifications:
• Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with POS software, MS Office (Excel, Word), data entry, and basic system troubleshooting.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in billing, pricing, and record-keeping.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal skills for customer interaction.
• Math Skills: Basic arithmetic for cash handling.
• Reliability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle responsibilities accurately.

Education + Experience + Salary

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: 15  Year
• Annual CTC: 210000 to  350000
