JobSpot is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the face of JobSpot Services, helping job seekers—ranging from OPT, STEM OPT, H1B holders to non-IT graduates—discover career-boosting opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling LinkedIn outreach, university connections and referrals.
- Pitch JobSpot service to potential clients (students and job seekers) and explain the value proposition clearly.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand candidate pain points and recommend suitable JobSpot service plan solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and convert inbound leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities- client interactions and agreement in CRM tools.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or telecalling (experience in staffing, edtech, or recruitment services preferred).
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and maintain long-term trust.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of the U.S job market and OPT/HB1 visa processes will be an advantage.
