Job Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused and organized Service Advisor to manage service interactions at our multi-brand 2-wheeler workshop. The role involves coordinating with customers and technicians to ensure smooth vehicle servicing and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend customers and understand vehicle service requirements
• Prepare job cards and explain service details and costs
• Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of work
• Update customers on service status and delivery timelines
• Promote additional services and maintenance packages when appropriate
• Maintain service records and customer follow-ups
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
