Job Description

 Roles and Responsibilities: 

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for direct sales in the open market (field sales) of the following financial products and for building and driving a team of Business Associates (Agents).

Products to Sell:

· Fixed Deposits

· Life Insurance

· Health Insurance

· Vehicle Insurance

· Mutual Funds

Key Responsibilities:

· • Conduct direct field sales and generate business in the open market
• Identify and acquire new customers
• Explain product features and benefits to customers
• Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets
• Recruit, onboard, and manage Business Associates (Agents)
• Drive business and productivity through the agent network
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure post-sale support
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines
