Business Development Executive – International | Full-time

Job Description

 Roles and Responsibilities: 

We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing team at Cygnus Energy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.

Objective of this role

• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities through networking and online research.
• Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing international partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for global business expansion.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with international clients.
• Achieve assigned sales and growth targets. 

Required skills and qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field
• Must have proficiency in English and MS Suite; especially in MS Excel
• Internships in a sales role or knowledge of international marketing and cross-cultural business practices are a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in sales or business development roles 
• Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving
• Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills for delegation, prioritisation and execution for business growth
• Ability to work independently across global time zones

What We Offer:

• Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
• Exposure to global clients and international business practices.

• Annual CTC: 275000 to  350000
