We’re Hiring: Online Mental Health Counsellor (RCI Licensed)

LeapHope is looking for an experienced and compassionate Online Mental Health Counsellor to join our team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of counselling experience
• Must be RCI licensed (Rehabilitation Council of India)
• Strong skills in handling anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and emotional concerns
• Comfortable with online therapy sessions

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one online counselling sessions
• Provide personalized mental health support and treatment plans
• Maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards
• Build a safe and supportive space for clients
