Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager / Sales Executive, you will help customers with their home loan requirements and work with banking partners to ensure smooth processing.

Key Responsibilities

·         Generate business through leads and market outreach

·         Ability to do field sales and achieve revenue targets

·         Build and maintain relationships with customers

·         Understand loan needs and suggest suitable financial products

·         Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals

·         Meet monthly and quarterly sales performance metrics

·         Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates

·         Provide after-sales customer support
