Job Description

 Roles and Responsibilities: 

Key Responsibilities

  • Call customers on provided leads
  • Explain solar project details, pricing, and benefits clearly
  • Handle and resolve customer queries professionally
  • Schedule meetings and site visits for interested clients
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
  • Coordinate with sales managers for deal closure
  • Maintain call records and update lead status
  • Work towards achieving targets and earning incentives
  • Coordinate with technical/engineering team for accurate proposals
  • Ensure proper documentation before handover to sales team
  • Track daily/weekly conversion metrics (calls, meetings, closures)
  • Stay updated on solar policies, subsidies, and market trends

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales / calling profile
  • Good English communication skills (mandatory)
  • Confident, well-spoken, and professional personality
  • Basic understanding of solar industry (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Target-oriented and proactive approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Open to candidates with 0–6+ years of experience

Education + Experience + Salary

  • Education: Graduate
  • Experience: 3  Year
  • Annual CTC: 60000 to  120000
