Compensation: $150,000 – $220,000 USD / year

• Fine-tuning models to understand context, nuance, and tone for professional conversations.
• Preventing errors, hallucinations, and bias while maintaining high-speed performance.

What You’ll Do

Build & Optimize LLM Features

• Create AI features that coach, assist, and interact in real-time with users.
• Design prompt chains, multi-turn conversations, and agent workflows for intelligent AI responses.

Fine-Tune & Train Models

• Customize foundation models for interviews, coding help, and professional guidance.
• Manage data pipelines for high-quality training datasets.

Deploy & Scale AI Systems

• Integrate APIs from top providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, open-source).
• Build high-performance pipelines for low-latency, real-time AI responses.

Ensure Quality & Responsible AI

• Monitor AI performance, prevent harmful outputs, and maintain privacy-first design.
• Continuously test, refine, and improve AI output quality across scenarios.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years building LLM-powered products or AI systems.
• Deep knowledge of transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and inference optimization.
• Experience with RAG systems, vector databases, Python, and LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership mindset.
• Startup experience is a plus — you thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, AI, or related field. Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in NLP, ML, or AI is a plus but not mandatory. Hands-on LLM building experience is valued over formal credentials.
