JOB SUMMERY:   

     Detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with experience in order management, customer support, sales administration, and coordination of product sales operations to ensure efficient business growth and customer satisfaction 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Coordinate between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.

 Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.

 Maintain customer records and update sales databases.

 Track order processing, dispatches, and deliveries.

 Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets.

 Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and payments.

 Generate sales reports and analyze sales performance data.

 Coordinate product availability and inventory requirements with the operations team.

 Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

 Support product launches, promotions, and marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor is degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/CRM software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
