Job Summary

Global Child Wellness Center is seeking qualified and compassionate Child Psychologist to work with children with developmental, behavioral, learning, and emotional challenges. The role involves psychological assessment, intervention planning, therapy, and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams to support the overall development of children.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Conduct psychological and behavioral assessments using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Develop individualized intervention and therapy plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling for children with developmental, emotional, behavioral, and learning concerns.
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
  • Guide and counsel parents/caregivers regarding home-based strategies and behavior management.
  • Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, special educators, and other professionals for multidisciplinary intervention.
  • Participate in case discussions, parent meetings, and awareness programs as required.
  • Ensure ethical practice, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications & Skills:-

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience working with children is preferred.
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Empathetic, patient, and child-centered approach.
