Customer Support Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
Company Name - Atreya Innovations
Location - Hinjewadi Phase 1 , Pune
Responsibilities :
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and other support channels in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and resetting of the Nadi Tarangini device/software.
Log, track, and resolve customer issues using CRM and ticketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Jira).
Ensure all support requests are handled within defined SLAs, SOPs, escalation matrix, and TAT.
Provide clear guidance to customers on product usage and basic Ayurveda-based diagnostic concepts.
Coordinate with the Technical, Product, and Sales teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
Conduct basic product demonstrations and educate customers on device features and benefits.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant products and services.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer issues, resolutions, and support trends.
Deliver a positive customer experience by maintaining professionalism, empathy, and effective communication.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline; Science or Healthcare background preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Technical Support, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with CRM or ticketing platforms such as HubSpot, Jira, or similar tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills with an empathetic approach.
Ability to understand technical products and explain them in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
Basic understanding of Ayurveda or Nadi Pariksha concepts will be an added advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer requests efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
