Job Description

 Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Development and integration of IBM ODM solutions across the enterprise Qualifications for the IBM ODM Developer • Technical expertise in Design and Development of - Decision Table, Decision Tree, Action Rule (BRL), Technical Rule, Rule Flows, BOM and XOM, Functions, Rule Task in in ODM. • Experience in setting up and customizing Business Object Model (BOM) and vocabulary for rule authoring • Good knowledge to create, follow, and share enterprise guidelines and standards • Understand requirements, rules list, and decision trees, to support rules/decisions and business insights development. • Strong Documentation skills required • Develop Process flow diagrams • Strong Collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams and in Agile environment. • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills. • Experience of test-driven development with JUnit. • Experience in a continuous integration environment. • Experience in Financial industry is plus.
