Roles and Responsibilities:
•Developing Recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization.
•Designing and implementing recruitment plans for the organization.
•Sourcing the most suitable candidate to fill the requirement.
•Responsible for entire cycle of recruitment from sourcing to on-boarding.
•Having networks of contacts in the industry that can support attracting suitable candidates through social media, for current and future requirements.
•Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
•Proven work experience of 2-4 years as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
•Familiarity and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn and resume databases and experience in managing and leveraging recruitment activities through HR consultants.
•Experience with sourcing techniques.
•Good verbal and written communication skills
•Support all internal HR related work like on-boarding, formation of policies and procedures, follow-up and control from associates for various activities, assisting HR executive in performance management system, learning and development, organizing internal celebrations as and when required.
