Job Summary
As the first point of contact for Tattva Protection Services, you will be responsible for creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients, vendors, and staff. You will manage all front-desk operations, handle telecommunications, and provide critical administrative support to ensure the smooth daily functioning of our fire safety consulting operations.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, directing them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Telecommunications: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally; take accurate messages when necessary.
  • Security & Visitor Logs: Maintain office security by following safety procedures, monitoring visitor logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and preparing documents or reports.
  • Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and courier deliveries.
  • Schedule Coordination: Manage meeting room bookings and update office calendars or executive schedules.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception and common areas are tidy and presentable; monitor and order front-office supplies.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages (Gujarati/Hindi).
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment like printers and multi-line phone systems.
  • Professionalism: A warm, professional demeanor with a strong customer-service attitude.
  • Multitasking: Ability to prioritize tasks and handle a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
 
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Salary & Benefits
  • Monthly Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (Negotiable based on experience).
Work Schedule

 

  • Shift: Full-time
  • Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
  • Days: 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday).

  • Experience: 1  Year
  • Annual CTC: 120000 to  150000
