Job Description:
We are looking for a Gold Finance Executive to handle gold loan operations, customer service, and branch-related finance activities. Candidates should have minimum 6 months experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Finance sector.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle gold loan process and customer queries
• Verify and support gold valuation process
• Process loan applications and documentation
• Maintain customer KYC and records
• Handle cash transactions and daily reports
• Follow up for interest collection and repayments
• Support branch targets and business growth
• Ensure safe handling of pledged gold items
• Manage loan renewal and closure process
• Maintain good customer relationship

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Basic finance and accounting knowledge
• MS Excel and computer knowledge
• Customer handling ability
• Team player with target-oriented mindset

Qualification:
Any Degree / Commerce Background Preferred
