Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Medical Coding Specialists to join our growing healthcare operations team. The ideal candidate should possess strong coding knowledge, active certification, and experience in reviewing medical records and assigning accurate medical codes in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• Active CPC (AAPC), COC, or CCS-P (AHIMA) Certification

• 1 to 6 years of Medical Coding experience

• Graduation in Life Sciences or a related discipline

• Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Preferred Specializations

• Lab Coding (Mandatory)

• Evaluation & Management (E/M)

• Surgery

• Denials

• IP DRG

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records and supporting documentation for coding accuracy

• Assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes

• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and payer-specific requirements

• Identify documentation deficiencies and coding discrepancies

• Maintain quality and productivity standards

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve coding-related queries

• Stay updated with current coding regulations and industry best practices
