Job Description

 Roles and Responsibilities: 

Overall Responsibilities:

 Digital Marketing strategy formulation in line with business strategy

 Planning (annual, quarterly and monthly) various initiatives of digital marketing to execute the

strategy formulated

 Annual, quarterly and monthly budgeting for planned digital marketing initiatives

 Monitoring the execution of planned initiatives and updating the senior management on the

progress and effectiveness

 Digital Marketing team management and development

 Digital Marketing monthly analysis report preparation and presentation to senior management

 Research and update on new initiatives in Digital Marketing and update senior management

 Creating monthly MIS for the digital marketing function, with all the required analysis.

Specific Responsibilities:

 Devising and monitoring implementing Social Media Strategies. Developing and monitoring

the various social media accounts of the organization

 Managing all websites of the organization and do maintenance and repair work in WordPress

etc.

 Monitoring and evaluating web analytics dashboards

 Content creations such as posts, blogs, articles, newsletters etc.

 Performing all on-page and off page SEO activities

 Researching regarding keywords, link analysis/audit, and in-depth competition analysis etc.

Note: Responsibilities shall evolve with time and need of the organization
